Trailblazer Walking Guides app for iPhone and iPad

Trailblazer, UK-based publisher of adventure travel guides for 25 years, teams up with Guthooks Guides to bring you the Trailblazer Walking Guide smartphone app, your navigational supplement and companion to our popular line of British Walking Guides. The app uses a combination of your mobile devices GPS and downloaded topo maps to guide you along various British walking trails. After the initial setup, NO MOBILE OR INTERNET SERVICE IS REQUIRED for the app to be fully functional.

Each trail guide (available as in-app purchases) includes a detailed track, hundreds of points of interest, hundreds of photos, an elevation profile, and convenient references to the applicable guide book.

The types of points of interest include:
** Villages, towns and cities near the trail
** Camping areas
** Car parks
** Navigational waypoints, such as roads, junctions, gates, stiles, bridges
** Parks and other nature areas
** Information regarding services in towns, such as food and accommodation availability
**Train stations and bus stops
